Physician Assistants

Our physician assistants work alongside our physicians to offer individually catered services to our patients, both in the office and in the operating room.

  • Jennifer Khonsari, PA-C, MS

    Jennifer has been with the practice since its beginning in 2002.  Jennifer has over 15 years of orthopedic experience at Alexander Orthopaedics.  Her love of orthopedics and trauma started in the beginning of her career while she was an Emergency Medicine physician assistant in Buffalo, NY.  She provides excellent patient care in the office and in the operating room alongside the AOA physicians.  Jennifer is board certified from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, as well as the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. Jennifer is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Jennifer’s orthopedic expertise includes trauma, joint replacement and sports medicine. Jennifer grew up in chilly Buffalo, New York where she graduated with honors from D’Youville College and earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a certification in Physician Assistant. She then went on to complete her Master’s degree in Orthopedic Surgery from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

  • Janelle Dudley, PA-C, MS

    Janelle joined our practice in 2007 with an extensive background in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is also a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Janelle is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Janelle grew up in Homer City, Pennsylvania and earned her Bachelors and Masters degree in Physician Assistant Sciences from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania.

  • Lindsay Duquette, PA-C, MS

    Lindsay joined our practice in 2010 after graduating with honors from Barry University. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed in the State of Florida. Lindsay is also an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and the Physician Assistant Orthopaedic Society. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Lindsay was raised in Windham, New Hampshire, before relocating to Florida where she graduated with honors from the University of South Florida and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She completed her Master of Clinical Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Barry University and was inducted into Phi Alpha Honor Society for excellence in academic achievement.

  • Lindsey Cole, PA-C, MS

    Lindsey joined our practice having an extensive background in General, Vascular and Orthopedic surgery. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants as well as licensed in the State of Florida. Lindsey is also an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Lindsey is a native of St. Petersburg, Florida. She graduated cum laude with her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science/Physiology at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. She earned a Bachelor in Physician Assistant studies and a Masters Degree in Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

  • Erica LePak PA-C, M.S.

    Erica is the newest Physician Assistant to join our practice, joining us in 2017. Erica has a background in Internal medicine and Emergency medicine but has always had a passion for Orthopedics. Erica is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is also a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. Erica is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support. Erica was born and raised in Florida where she attended the University of South Florida earning a Bachelors degree in Health Sciences and received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Keiser University Ft. Lauderdale.
