Bio
Originally from Pennsylvania, Dr. Groff earned her undergraduate degree in biology from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, and went on to receive her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
She completed her orthopedic surgery residency at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY, where she served as Chief Resident, demonstrating strong leadership and clinical excellence. Dr. Groff further refined her expertise through a prestigious fellowship in spine surgery at University of Washington/ Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA, where she trained extensively in degenerative spine conditions, trauma, and complex adult deformity.
She is also a published author of multiple peer-reviewed research articles, contributing to the advancement of orthopedic and spine surgery. Her clinical expertise spans a broad range of spinal disorders, including degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, and complex deformity correction, with a focus on minimally invasive techniques and preserving patient mobility.
Now based in Florida, Dr. Groff’s goal in practice is to provide comprehensive and compassionate care, working collaboratively with each patient to help them achieve their individual treatment and recovery goals. Outside of the operating room, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as outdoor activities such as boating, jet skiing, and traveling.
