Jennifer Wethington PA-C, MS
Jennifer is a highly experienced Lead Physician Assistant with more than 20 years dedicated to orthopedic care. She has been an integral part of the practice since its founding in 2002, bringing both continuity and deep clinical expertise to the team. Jennifer holds a master’s degree in orthopedic surgery and has developed advanced proficiency across a wide range of subspecialties, including sports medicine, hand and upper extremity injuries, orthopedic trauma, and total joint arthroplasty.
Known for her thorough, patient-centered approach, Jennifer is committed to delivering exceptional care at every stage—from accurate diagnosis to the development and execution of comprehensive treatment plans. She prioritizes clear communication, individualized care, and optimal outcomes for every patient she treats.
Jennifer remains actively engaged in her profession as a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, and Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery. She also maintains current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS), reflecting her commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety.
Lindsay Duquette PA-C, MS
Lindsay joined our practice in 2010 with a master’s degree in clinical medical science, and a passion for exceptional patient care. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and has certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Lindsay provides comfort to all of our patients throughout their experience.
Kiarra Corless PA-C, MMS
Kiarra attended Florida State University for her bachelor’s in Exercise Science and earned her Master of Medical Sciences degree from Wake Forest School of Medicine. Prior to completing her Physician Assistant degree she was employed as a certified nursing assistant in inpatient surgical orthopedics. She holds her certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support. Kiarra is a Florida native and is fluent in English and Spanish.
Megan Guzzardi PA-C, MPAS
Megan joins our practice in 2024. She previously worked in head and neck surgery from 2022-2024. She earned her Bachelor’s of Health Science from James Madison University and Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies from Chatham University. Megan is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is also certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Megan is passionate about having a positive attitude and being an empathetic caregiver.
Juliana Guida, MPAS
Juliana joined our practice in 2025, bringing experience in both pediatric and adult orthopedics. She received her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. Prior to PA school, she was employed as a medical assistant in interventional pain medicine. It was during this time that she became passionate about improving patients’ quality of life by reducing their pain. As a former collegiate athlete, she is also passionate about sports medicine and helping athletes return to the sport they love. She is a Sarasota native and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support.
Elizabeth Davide PA-C, DMS
Elizabeth attended Butler University with a background as a Division I lacrosse player, where she first developed her passion for sports medicine and orthopedics. She went on to earn her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University. An active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Elizabeth is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). She is dedicated to providing compassionate care and enjoys seeing her patients recover and return to active, healthy lives.
Megan Tryniski PA-C, MS
Megan joined our practice in 2025 after earning her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies from Pace University-Lenox Hill Hospital PA Program in New York City. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, with a concentration in Pre-Health Studies, from East Carolina University, where she competed as a Division I lacrosse player. Through her experience as a student-athlete, Megan developed a strong interest in sports medicine and orthopedics, shaped in part by her own experience with athletic injuries. During her clinical training in NYC, she gained exposure to a diverse range of patient populations and medical specialties, helping to shape her well-rounded approach to patient care. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care while creating a positive, supportive experience for each patient throughout their treatment and recovery.
Mikaela Pohl PA-C, MPAS
Mikaela is a Clearwater native who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of Florida and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Florida. She began her career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where she developed a strong clinical foundation, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Mikaela now applies these skills in orthopedic surgery, where she is passionate about helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to an active lifestyle. She is committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care and supporting her patients throughout every stage of recovery.
Katherine Lucas PA-C, MSPAS
Katherine received her Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from Yale University, where she was also a Division I gymnast. She later earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical University of South Carolina Before becoming a PA, Katherine gained research experience at Boston Children’s Hospital and the Yale School of Medicine. She also has a background in total joint orthopedics. A Florida native, she developed an early interest in orthopedic care after sustaining gymnastics-related injuries, which continues to inspire her dedication to helping patients return to active lifestyles. Katherine is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
