Largo Office
Jessica Inscho, DPT
Jessica is originally from Pennsylvania where she earned her degree in exercise science as well as her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Slippery Rock University. She has over 12 years of experience in geriatric, neurologic and orthopedic settings. Jessica has additional training in the McKenzie Method and is a Certified Senior Strength Trainer.
Jeremy Smith, MSPT, ATC, CGFI
Jeremy earned his Athletic Training and Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Florida. He has a background in orthopedic, neurological and geriatric settings. He has training in manual therapy, sports medicine and is a big help on the driving range, as he is a certified golf fitness instructor through Titleist.
Kathryn Siroky, PTA, CSST
Kathryn was born in Maryland and moved to Florida as a child. Kathryn earned her degree from the University of South Florida before attending the Physical Therapist Assistant program at St. Petersburg College. She has spent several years working in inpatient rehab and acute care settings. Kathryn comes to us as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and a Certified Senior Strength Trainer with a background in orthopedic, neurological and geriatric rehabilitation.

Valerie Smith, MSPT
Valerie studied sports medicine at the University of South Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. She went on to earn a Master’s in Physical therapy from the University of Central Florida. Valerie has over 15 years of experience in sports and orthopedics, geriatrics and home health settings. She has training functional movement assessments and corrective exercise as well as manual therapy.
Matt Mathis, PTA, CKTP
Matt has been with our practice since 2013. He graduated with honors from South University Tampa and is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a background in geriatrics and orthopedics. He has training in manual therapy and is certified in kinesio taping and in instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization.
Palm Harbor Office
JC Devitt, DPT
JC moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2000 after graduating with a Master's in Physical Therapy from Misericordia University. She has spent years working in acute care and outpatient settings. JC achieved her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020 with the University of St. Augustine, focusing on manual therapy. She is a registered 200-hour yoga instructor and participated in mission trips to assist children with disabilities in China, Romania and Ghana.
